What began with a connection to the Last Chance motorcycle club grew into a strong A.A. group that has welcomed members from Dublin and surrounding communities for more than three decades. \n\n\n\nThrough changing times\, a move to its current location in 2014\, and even the challenges of COVID\, Last Chance continued carrying the message and providing a place for fellowship and recovery. \n\n\n\nCome celebrate 35 years of recovery\, fellowship and carrying the message. All are welcome!

DESCRIPTION:Join the Hilltown Saturday Night Group as we celebrate 40 years of A.A. fellowship\, service\, and recovery on Saturday\, October 17\, 2026. \n\n\n\nThe evening begins at 6:30 PM with a sit-down dinner served by our friends at St. Peter’s Reformed Church in the Fellowship Hall. Following dinner and dessert\, we will gather in the Parlor at 8:00 PM for a special guest speaker meeting. \n\n\n\nCome enjoy a wonderful evening of food\, fellowship\, and sharing as we celebrate four decades of carrying the message. \n\n\n\n6:30 PM – Dinner & Fellowship Sit-down dinner and dessert in the Fellowship Hall. \n\n\n\n8:00 PM – Guest Speaker Meeting Following dinner\, we will gather in the Parlor for our anniversary speaker meeting. \n\n\n\nA Little Group History\n\n\n\nThe Hilltown Saturday Night Group began with an organizational meeting of thirteen members on March 1\, 1986. The first A.A. meeting was held the following Saturday\, March 8\, with 56 members in attendance. An additional 24 Al-Anon members met at the same location. \n\n\n\nFrom its beginnings at St. Peter’s\, the group has welcomed members from surrounding communities\, serving both Districts 23 and 47 in Eastern Pennsylvania’s Area 59. \n\n\n\nOver the years\, Hilltown Saturday Night has maintained a strong tradition of fellowship and service\, including carrying the message into treatment facilities\, participating in General Service\, and sharing experience\, strength\, and hope with other A.A. groups. \n\n\n\nThe annual anniversary dinner has long been part of the group’s history\, bringing members together to celebrate sobriety and the fellowship that makes recovery possible. \n\n\n\nForty years later\, we continue that tradition. \n\n\n\nWhether you have been coming to Hilltown for decades or have never attended one of our meetings\, we hope you will join us for this special celebration. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome!

SUMMARY:69th Annual Eastern Pennsylvania General Service Convention and Assembly
DESCRIPTION:The Eastern Pennsylvania General Service Convention and Assembly (EPGSA) is Area 59’s annual gathering of General Service Representatives (GSRs)\, District Committee Members (DCMs)\, Area Officers\, Past Delegates\, and all interested members of Alcoholics Anonymous. It is the one time each year when A.A. members from across Eastern Pennsylvania come together to learn\, share experience\, conduct Area business\, and strengthen our common purpose of carrying the A.A. message. \n\n\n\nThe weekend features workshops\, discussion panels\, committee meetings\, and Area Assembly sessions that provide members with a broader understanding of Alcoholics Anonymous General Service. In even-numbered years\, delegates and Area officers are elected. In odd-numbered years\, Area committees report on their work and the Assembly discusses matters affecting the Fellowship throughout Area 59.Whether you are a first-time GSR\, an experienced trusted servant\, or simply interested in learning more about how Alcoholics Anonymous functions beyond the group level\, the EPGSA offers an opportunity to gain practical knowledge\, hear diverse perspectives\, and better understand how the group conscience is carried from local meetings to the General Service Conference. \n\n\n\nMembers often leave the Convention and Assembly with renewed enthusiasm for service\, a deeper appreciation of A.A.’s General Service structure\, and practical ideas they can bring back to their home groups. GSRs are encouraged to report on the Assembly to their groups\, while all attendees can share what they have learned with fellow members. \n\n\n\nRegistration\, hotel reservations\, volunteer opportunities\, hospitality suite contributions\, and mail-in registration information are available below.
